● 本實驗室成立於2004年,研究領域著重在積體電路與計算機結構的設計與改良。近年來,由於積體電路製程技術的不斷提昇,使得電路系統愈趨複雜而且龐大,再加上手持式產品與行動裝置的普及,因此除了傳統的效能考量外,功率消耗的問題亦日顯重要。
● Our Laboratory was established in 2004, our laboratory focuses on the design and improvement of integrated circuits (ICs) and computer architectures. In recent years, advancements in IC fabrication technologies have led to increasingly complex and large-scale circuit systems. Alongside the widespread adoption of handheld and mobile devices, power consumption has become a critical concern in addition to traditional performance considerations.
● 有鑑於此,本實驗室現階段以低功率計算機結構與低功率積體電路設計為主要的研究目標,除了研究導向外,更結合實做技術,積極參與產學合作計畫。
● In response to these trends, our current research targets low-power computer architecture and low-power integrated circuit design. Beyond theoretical research, we emphasize hands-on implementation and actively engage in industry-academia collaboration projects.
● 本實驗室目前研究方向如下:
